Return Policy:
Upon receiving your product, please make sure you have received the correct item. Solmetex has a 90-day return period. If you wish to make a return within those 90 days, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items over 90 days, are not subject to be returned. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, or missing parts will be denied a return. Solmetex biohazard buckets are nonreturnable. All returns must be initiated by the dealer that the item was purchased from.
