Warranty
Solmetex NXT DryVac Solmetex Warranty: Solmetex warrants to Buyer for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation of its Goods (“Warranty Period”) that such Goods are free from defects in material and workmanship. For motors, the Warranty Period shall be sixty (60) months from date of installation. Furthermore, for this Limited Warranty to apply, Buyer must install the NXT DryVac system and Solmetex must receive Buyer’s completed proof of installation form. Limitations of Warranty: The warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper installation, maintenance, abuse, unauthorized modification, or operation outside of the environmental specifications for the product or damages that occur due to improper repackaging of equipment for return to Solmetex. Exclusive Remedies – The remedies provided herein are the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies. Solmetex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.
