Gene joins Solmetex with over 20 years of experience within the dental industry. He began his career in dentistry with OraPharma, a division of Johnson and Johnson, as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he was instrumental in growing Arestin, a ground-breaking periodontal infection therapy product which quickly became the market leader. At Dentsply Sirona for the past 12 years, he served as the leader of the Global Restorative Products Group and leader of the Global Dental Implant Products Group. In these roles he grew Dentsply Sirona through Organic new product development and Mergers and Acquisitions. Having managed Dental businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions, Gene is an experienced international business executive. Combined with his experience in R&D, Product Development, Marketing and Supply Chain, his deep background in the global marketplace will help Solmetex expand to new markets and meet clinical needs with new product solutions.

Chief Operations Officer
Lauren has over 25 years of experience in the water treatment industry and has been with Solmetex since September 2000. Since starting with Solmetex, Lauren has evolved with the company and has seen it through many transitions. She has extensive experience in accounting, finance, sales and operations.

Paul joins Solmetex with over 25 years of financial and operational leadership within the healthcare market. As CFO, Paul will guide the organizations financial strategy through building teams and systems to support the company’s mission.

Bill brings over 25 years of extensive leadership, marketing and commercialization experience across the consumer packaged goods, financial services and life sciences/healthcare industries to Solmetex, including Diageo, Capital One Financial, Boston Scientific and most recently Sirtex Medical, where he served as Vice President, Marketing focused on the US and Latin America. Overseeing all Marketing and Customer Experience initiatives for Solmetex, Bill and his team will focus on educating and partnering with physicians and their practice staff to optimize a responsible approach to waste solutions and handling.

Scott brings over 30 years of Healthcare and Dental products experience in commercial leadership roles at companies including Johnson & Johnson, OraPharma, Bausch + Lomb, and Interleukin Genetics.

Richard plays a pivotal role in nurturing partnerships with distributors. His expertise lies in managing and strengthening the collaboration between Solmetex and its network of distributors. Richard's responsibilities extend beyond the United States, as he actively cultivates business opportunities in international markets. His dedication to fostering strong relationships and forging strategic partnerships is instrumental in promoting Solmetex, Sterisil, and DryShield brands worldwide.
Mike is the Vice President of Commercial and DSO Sales for Solmetex across the Western United States. He has a focus on driving revenue growth, leading an outside sales team, strategic partnerships, and overseeing comprehensive business development initiatives for one of dentistry’s most trusted manufacturers. He has over 20 years of award-winning sales and leadership experience spanning the dental, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. “As a member of Solmetex’s senior leadership team, I am passionate in playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategic vision to provide comprehensive end-to-end water testing, safety, and advanced biologics solutions for our customers and patients. Under my leadership, the Western United States has become a key growth driver for Solmetex, which operates as the unified platform for four industry-leading brands—Solmetex®, Sterisil®, DryShield®, and OsteoGen ®—delivering integrated systems for complete water quality management, isolated dentistry, and advanced biologics in the dental space.”
As the Vice President of Sales, Central with over 30 years of sales and leadership experience across multiple industries. Steve has over 20 years as a DSO and Dental Industry Partner overseeing all sales activities of a full-line dental portfolio as well as launching several new dental products at the private practice, distributor, and DSO-affiliated practice level. He is responsible for providing leadership and supporting the Solmetex sales teams covering in the Central US and Canada. Steve is known as an award-winning people centric leader. His passion is for building cohesive and high performing teams while his reputation is for developing and leading those teams to greatness by making the complex simple. Brian is responsible for supporting and managing the Solmetex salesforce across the United States and internationally. Brian has been in the dental sales for over 20 years, bringing diverse knowledge of the dental industry, which is invaluable in building relationships and leading Solmetex and the sales team to the next level.

Dave is responsible for supporting and managing the Solmetex sales force covering the western United States. He has been in the dental sales arena for over 20 years as a Territory Manager, Regional Manager, Area Sales Director, and Director of Sales for both direct and indirect businesses and brings a deep knowledge of the industry along with the experience of building high performing sales teams.
With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Dave brings a deep knowledge of the industry as well as a track record of building high performing sales teams. He has held roles from Territory Manager, Regional Manager, Area Sales Director, and Director of Sales for both Direct and Indirect businesses across both the equipment and clinical consumable categories. Dave is responsible for supporting and managing the Impladent sales team across the US and is leading the way for their expansion. With over two decades of progressive leadership in the dental industry, Tim brings a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and launching innovative products in competitive markets. He currently serves Solmetex’s customers and market partners as Vice President, Customer Engagement, leading the inside sales, customer service, tech support, and training departments. Previously as Vice President of Sales, North America at OraBio, Inc., he led the development and execution of a multi-location strategy and business development pipeline for a breakthrough anesthetic rinse technology. Tim also held senior sales leadership roles at Henry Schein, Inc., where he oversaw a large portfolio of in-house brands, launched over a dozen new products, and achieved double-digit sales growth in key categories. Tim’s earlier roles at Milestone Scientific, Interleukin Genetics, and specifically, OraPharma (Johnson & Johnson), strengthened his expertise in marketing, commercial operations, team leadership and national account (DSO) management. Whether it’s building commercial infrastructure, launching new brands, or optimizing sales strategy, Tim is passionate about leading teams that drive value for customers and deliver meaningful innovations into the market.
Kellie joined Solmetex in 2010 and has a strong customer service background and extensive corporate training in customer and technical support. In her role at Solmetex, she is responsible for keeping every single customer happy and in compliance. Personal statement: “I feel strongly that Solmetex and DryShield offer superior products and services. We strive to make the customer experience as simple and worry free as possible. Our goal is to build a relationship with our customer to be an advocate and single point of contact for all sales and support issues related to an environmentally compliant practice.”
