How will I receive the gift card? Giftcards will be sent approximately weekly during the promotion. Solmetex will initiate the giftcard to you from Tangocard.com which allows you to use the full value to select which giftcard you would like to receive (Mastercard, or choose from >200 shops). This is a digital giftcard and will be sent to the account email address we have on file. We will send a promotion confirmation to the email address before the digital gift card is sent to check for bounced emails and to let you know it is coming. Once the gift card is sent, we may not be able to resend or retrieve it. Please confirm with your Solmetex sales rep at the time of order if there are any account changes to contact info that are needed. If you choose a Mastercard giftcard, there may be an expiration date of 6 months. If you select a gift card from a store, value will not expire. See details when you make your selection.
