Many dental professionals know they should be shocking their waterlines regularly, but the process can seem intimidating if you’ve never done it before.
Fortunately, shocking with Citrisil™ Shock is straightforward when performed according to the instructions for use.
If you’re participating in Shocktober or simply looking to strengthen your routine maintenance program, follow the steps below.

Before You Begin
Before performing any shock treatment, it’s recommended that practices routinely test their water quality as part of an overall waterline management program.
Testing provides a baseline and helps verify that your procedures are achieving the desired results over time.
Once you’re ready to proceed, learn how to shock dental waterlines by following the Citrisil™ Shock instructions below.
